Knob Hill Hotel, which existed in that form from 1955 to 1985, and during the 1970's and early 80's to 1985 was well known as a rock and roll bar that featured the premier rock bands of the day in was called the 'Keg and Pint Room', which beginning in the mid 70's featured strippers during the day and the bands in the evening hours. It also featured another room called the 'Ranger Room' which had entertainment as well. The 'Knobby' was well known as a fun but notorious and sometimes dangerous place to go!
