These photos also appear in the book 'Eve of Darkness: Toronto Heavy Metal In The 1980s'.
In the book they're marked as 1982 at the Shamrock Hotel. They're definitely not from 1982 and my guess is that they're from the Gasworks.
The stage at Gasworks had that brown/orange carpet and Lee is wearing a Gasworks shirt in one of the photos. But if someone knows for sure, please get in touch.
